5. Counter Notice

If you believe that your material was removed or disabled in error, you may submit a Counter Notice under the DMCA.

Your Counter Notice must include:

• Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and its original location.

• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the content was removed by mistake or misidentification.

• Your name, address, telephone number, and email.
