2. How to Request a Refund

3. Access Removal

Once a refund is approved:

• Your access to the members area, materials, and private resources will be revoked

• Any rights or licences previously granted to use the Modulator Framework™, training materials, or related resources will be immediately terminated

• You must delete all downloaded materials and stop using any version of the framework or associated content

Continuing to use, reproduce, or distribute the framework after a refund is considered a breach of our Terms of Service and a violation of our intellectual property rights.
We actively monitor and enforce these rights to prevent misuse.

4. Digital Nature of Our Products

All products are delivered digitally.
Refunds are only available within the 30-day guarantee period and will not be issued:

• After 30 days from purchase

• For partial refunds or “change of mind” after access has been granted
